Shipping Policy
 
We are happy to ship your package anywhere and anytime.  However, shipping gourmet chocolates in hot temperatures can get a little “sticky.”
 
Therefore, we refrain from shipping our chocolates June through September.  If you need to ship a Sweet Granada package during this time, please contact us at

We take great care in packaging orders so they arrive in the same excellent condition in which they left our kitchen.  If something arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please return it to us immediately and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.  The Sweet Granada is not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
